The application process is the same for all seasons and is done via an online application system. Applications for Summer and Winter open mid-season for the following year.
To apply to Northern Tier you need
- Cover Letter: describes who you are and why you want to work at Northern Tier.
- Resume: Outlining your past employment and/or Scouting experience, listing relevant skills.
- References: have contact information for 3 references that can provide feedback about you and your skills.
- Application: Complete the online application and submit your completed application today!

- New Staff: Make sure you have the items above, and then select your season below to apply!
- Returning Staff: The application system has changed, and all applicants use the same link.
- References are not required but are suggested if applying for a new role.
- Cover letter and resume are also not required, but highly recommended if you are applying for a leadership position
