W-4 Form – will need to be filled out and submitted prior to your arrival.
BSA Registration – you will need to be a current member of the BSA. This can be taken care of when you arrive.
CPR – This training will be a part of your staff training if you do not all ready have it.
Wilderness First Aid – This training will be a part of your staff training if you do not all ready have it.
Online Certifications – These will need to be completed before arrival and a copy for your completion certificate for each training will need to be on file.

I-9 Form

Need supporting documents either a passport or social security card and Drivers License

Copy of Passport
Application and 3 references needed – will need to be submitted before you arrival
Letter of Employment – a signed copy will need to be submitted before your arrival
Staff Policy Signoff
RABC Form (CLS interpreters only)
Medical Form and Copy of Medical insurance card
Vehicle Info – just need to know your make and model, year, and license plate number
Direct Deposit – fill out the form and submit it with a voided check
