Staff Openings - Support Services Department
Support services vary from base to base. Listed below are several of the positions.
Chaplain
If you are a seminary student or professional religious leader with counseling experience, we would be interested in you being our chaplain. Duties would involve leading nondenominational religious services for crews and staff as well as being available for counseling staff and crew members in times of personal crisis or tragedy. To hold this position, you must be at least 21 years of age, hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record, and have previous Northern Tier experience.
Photographer
If you have photography skills, we need someone to take, manage, and distribute crew photographs daily. To hold this position, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Health Officer
If you have training as a physician, nurse (RN or LPN), physician assistant, medical student, paramedic, or EMT, we would be interested in having you as our health officer in addition to you holding one of the other base staff positions listed above. A salary adjustment would be made accordingly. To hold this position, you must be at least 21 years of age, hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record, and have previous Northern Tier experience.
